Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, to most of Australia. Standard shipping is free to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, the ACT and WA. Orders to the Northern Territory are charged for standard shipping. Express shipping is $15 and available to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS and the ACT.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping takes 2–6 business days and express shipping 1–4, counted from dispatch rather than from checkout. Remote and regional addresses can occasionally take a little longer.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? Return it unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is on you. Email us first and we'll send instructions. Arrived damaged or faulty? We'll make it right and cover the postage. Full details in our Refund policy.
Can I pay for my order in instalments?
Yes. Buy now, pay later with Afterpay is available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable payments.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@solevoco.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement part or a new kit.
