 All orders are processed within 24 to 48hrs excluding public holidays, after we receive your order.

DELIVERY FEES

 We offer free standard shipping on all orders to 100+ cities across Australia. If your delivery address falls outside our free shipping zones (regional, rural or remote areas), or for high-volume/commercial quantities, additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery Timeframes

 Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days. Express Shipping: 1-4 business days.

 These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, especially to remote areas.

We're dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Orders will be charged based on region and weight according to carrier timeframes.

 

Order Tracking

 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number on the Australia Post website or the Transdirect tracking portal to follow your parcel's journey.

 

What If There's a Delay?

We will notify you if there is any significant delay in processing or dispatching your order. For delays during transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist you in this process.

Delivery times may vary for remote or regional areas — if you're off the beaten track, just allow a little extra time for your order to reach you.

Please note that express shipping may not be available in all locations. In some areas, express services are limited or unavailable, so standard shipping will be your delivery option at checkout.

Pricing & Duties

Your checkout total includes everything — shipping and taxes. What you pay at checkout is all you'll ever pay; no surprise costs at delivery. We handle all the paperwork so your Explorer Kit arrives hassle-free.

Lost or Damaged Packages

 Solevo&Co is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier. Please contact us immediately at hello@solevoco.com if your package arrives damaged, and we will help you file a claim. If a parcel is completely lost and you have included Shipping Insurance with your order, we will make efforts from our side to resolve the issue, including potentially resending the order.

Please note that during sale periods, Express Shipping won't be on the menu.
