How many people does the backpack cater for?

The Solevo Picnic Backpack is designed to cater for up to 4 people, with everything you need for a comfortable outdoor picnic.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, to most of Australia. Standard shipping is free to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and Western Australia.

Orders to the Northern Territory are charged $55 for standard shipping.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express shipping is $15 and is available to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and the ACT. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Not at this stage. We currently ship within Australia only.

Returns and damaged orders

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If your Solevo order isn't quite right for you, you can request an exchange, store credit or refund, subject to our return conditions. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with your order details and photos of the issue. Our team will assess the damage and help arrange an appropriate solution.

Payment

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

Yes. Buy Now, Pay Later options with Afterpay are available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable payments.
